At elektrokeys, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, which are digital keys, we have a specific return policy:

  1. Eligibility:
    • You are eligible for a return or exchange if the key you received is defective or does not work as intended.
    • Returns are not accepted for products that have been successfully activated or redeemed.
  2. Return Process:
    • Contact our customer support team within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number, the email used for the purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
    • Our team will investigate and verify the problem. If confirmed, we will process a return or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  1. Non-Delivery:
    • If you have not received your activation key within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund if the key cannot be delivered.
  2. Defective Key:
    • If the activation key is defective and cannot be activated, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  3. Cancellation:
    • You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase, provided the key has not been delivered. A full refund will be issued upon cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Support:
    • Email our support team at support@elektrokeys.com or use the contact form on our website.
    • Provide your order number, the email used for the purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
  2. Verification:
    • Our team will verify your request and may ask for additional information to process your refund.
  3. Processing Time:
    • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
